Water; dried oat (Avena sativa) leaves and stems; dried wheat (Triticum aestivum) leaves and stems; dried nettle (Urtica dioica) leaves and stems; dried narrow-leaved fireweed (Chamerion angustifolium) leaves and flowers; dried common chicory (Cichorium intybus) leaves and stems; dried goldenrod (Solidago virgaurea) inflorescences; dried common agrimony (Agrimonia eupatoria) leaves and stems; dried knotweed (Polygonum aviculare) leaves and stems.
How is FITOTAL made?
FITOTAL is produced through multi-stage fermentation of plant material with aerobic bacteria. The process transforms the plant material into a stable liquid product. No live bacteria remain in the finished product.
How to take FITOTAL
- Mix 1 tablespoon (12.5 ml) of FITOTAL with half a glass of warm, boiled water.
- Take the prepared serving twice daily: in the morning and evening, 30 minutes before meals.
- The recommended daily serving is 25 ml. One 500 ml bottle provides 20 daily servings.
Important: Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
